With this simple contraption you can braai anywhere. Store it in a plastic bag in your boot and whip it out whenever the urge strikes. It is also great for that dodgy
campsite braai where you wpuldd normally have to scrounge around for rocks to balance your grid on. The legs raise the grid to a decent 19 cm.
If you are cooking for a small crowd, this stand works really well. You can build a multi-storey braai, with the meat at the bottom, wors on the second level and braai sandwiches on top. Put an empty braai grid on top and put a potjie on it.
Folded flat, the stand will fit in a braai grid bag with the grid.
