Harlequin – Plaster Primer (Water-based) – White (1L)

Description:
– Harlequins Waterbased ARP (Alkali resistant Primer) is perfect base coat to be applied to new plaster or masonry surfaces prior to the application of your top coat.
– With its alkali resistant properties it will stop the fading of bright colours due to high alkalis found in new plaster
– It is fast drying (2 hours) and with little or no smell is ideal for use where heavy solvent based primers cannot be used due to respiratory issues or in offices where ‘sick building syndrome’ could be a problem.
