• This unique product is ideal to be applied onto nicotine or water-stained walls prior to painting or old wooden furniture that is going to be revamped or repainted, in fact, any surface where staining could be a problem.
• This is ideal to be used in conjunction ...with Harlequins Chalk paint, Neon Paints, Metallic Paints, or Wood n Seal.
• Simply apply with a brush according to instructions.
