This “podge” product is especially useful for sealing newspaper cuttings, porous substrates, decoupage, photographs and the like. Sealing prevents bubble formation and it prevents newspaper cuttings from becoming transparent after pouring Kraftex Pratliglo high gloss coating. Specifications:
