This MasterChef Cleaver is made from German stainless steel with an ABS handle. The sharp edge of the blade is stone finished with provides a beautiful cut. The handle provides an enjoyable grip and ease of use. The blade is made with 18/10 Stainless Steel, allowing it to keep its sharpness for longer and can be sharpened at home. The knife is not suitable for the dishwasher – handwash only.
